SHIPPING INFORMATION

Free shipping and free returns are included with all US orders over $50, except for Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands, Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, and Palau.  Total shipping charges are calculated based on the following:

• Shipping method
• Subtotal amount before any discounts or promotion codes are applied
• Any applicable surcharges

Surcharges may still apply and are listed on the product page, in the shopping bag and/or during the checkout process.

Orders placed before 12:00 pm EST will generally be shipped out on the same day*.  Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST will generally be shipped out on the following day except for orders placed on a Friday.  Those orders will ship out on the following Monday or next business day (if Monday is a holiday).  You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.  Shipping times can vary based on method chosen and delivery location. 

zaastyle.com does not offer international shipping.  To place an order with zaastyle.com, both billing and shipping addresses must be within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We can only accept credit cards issued from United States based financial institutions.  For special international requests, please email us at hola@zaalife.com.  International orders must clear import/export regulations which could add to the shipping time of an order.  International customers will be responsible for all taxes and duties associated with the shipment of their order.

Orders are shipped via the method chosen at the time the order was placed.  Please note that all shipping times are in business days.  We currently offer 3 shipping methods for Domestic orders:  Ground (5-7 business days), 2-Day Shipping (2 business days), and Overnight Shipping (1 business day).  Customer is responsible for 2-Day and Overnight shipping if preferred.  For International orders, carrier may vary.

We unfortunately do not ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. 

Note that there could be a delay in processing your order if we encounter any issues with the billing information provided.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES (PARTIAL SHIPMENTS)

Please note that we may need to divide your order into two or more shipments.  However, your shipping charges will not be affected by this.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Due to certain shipping restrictions, not all zaastyle.com merchandise can be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and/or APO/FPO military addresses.

ALASKA & HAWAII CUSTOMERS

Due to air transport safety regulations, certain items cannot be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. This is usually identified on the product details page.  Your order can be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii destinations via our Standard Ground service only.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders typically ship the next business day.  Business days are Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).  Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out on Monday.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

We do not offer free express shipping at the time.  All orders are shipped USPS or UPS Ground.  Express shipping (2-Day and Overnight) will require an additional cost and customer will be responsible for it.

SAME DAY STYLING DELIVERY/SAME DAY DELIVERY

Same Day Styling Delivery Parameters:  $75 minimum spend; within 30 miles of Downtown St. Petersburg store; all orders received by 3:00 pm EST delivered same day; orders after 3:00 pm EST delivered next day; deliveries made at home or office; if not present to accept delivery, we will leave at address and send text/email; for questions/returns contact us at hola@zaastyle.com.  Items returned within 14 days of purchase will receive full refund.  If returned between day 15 - 30, you’ll receive store credit.  Items must be returned in their original condition with their tags.
